Body composition testing and analysis

Few people can accurately assess body composition and use the information to help guide training and nutrition interventions.

  • Determine if an athlete has enough muscle mass to prevent injuries
  • Determine if an athlete is ready to return to play after an injury
  • Assess body fat
  • Assess nutrition and training interventions over time
  • Screen for low bone strength 
  • Provide mass per body segment (arm, leg etc.)

Frame analysis / Anthropometric assessment

  • Assess how much muscle an athlete can realistically gain
  • Determine growth trajectory (over time)
  • Determine fat mass
