Thomas’ Light English Muffins: Fiber + Taste and just 100 calories

Okay you calorie conscious bread loving consumers, I have a product alert for you: Thomas’s Light English Muffins. Thanks to my colleague Meg I tried these for the first time a few days ago. They have no HFCS (high fructose corn syrup), partially or fully hydrogenated oils and 8 grams of fiber in one 100 calorie muffin. Plus they taste good, unlike a hard, dry 300+ calorie white flour bagel.

I am hooked! But, I realize many people avoid artificial sweeteners for whatever reason so I will let you know that this product contains some sucralose (Splenda is the tabletop version of sucralose).
